Cancellation Policy for Live and Virtual Courses

Cancellations received before June 15, 2026 are eligible for a refund of 100%, less a $50 processing fee.

Cancellations received between June 15, 2026 and August 9, 2026 are eligible for a refund of 50%, less a $50 processing fee.

Tuition is not refundable after August 9, 2026.

Substitutions will be accepted only with written authorization from the original registrant.

Note: An attendee who does not cancel in writing and does not complete the course is still responsible for payment.

Cancellation Policy for Homestudy and Online Express Courses

Notification of cancellation must be received in writing via info@idboardreview.com.

Registrations cannot be canceled over the telephone.

Cancellations received within 7 days after registering are eligible for a refund less a $50 processing fee.

Tuition is not refundable after 7 days.

Substitutions will be accepted only with written authorization from the original registrant.

Unpaid Registration Policy
All unpaid registrations must be paid by either credit card or paper check within 30 days of the date of registration. If a registration fee is unpaid after 30 days from the date of registration, the registration will be canceled.

Registration Confirmation & Receipt
After registering, you will receive an automated registration confirmation email from info@idboardreview.com which will include course details and a link to download your receipt.
Access to Online Materials
Access to Online Materials
• If you register on or before June 14: You will receive a second email from info@idboardreview.com on June 15 with instructions for accessing the online materials.
• If you register on or after June 15: Instructions for accessing the online materials will be included directly in your confirmation email.
Please note that access to the online materials is not automatic. All registrants must follow the provided instructions to set up a learning account and enter the course access code in order to begin the course.
Cancellation Policy

• Notification of cancellation must be received in writing via info@idboardreview.com. Registrations cannot be cancelled over the telephone.
*GW and IDBR will not be responsible to reimburse you for airfare, airline booking fees, hotel reservations, ground transportation, travel insurance or any other travel expenses that you may have booked, in order to attend the live in-person course.
